Returns Policy
Rough Country Club aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.
Please note:
- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
- U.S. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs
- Store credit will be issued for the price of item(s) purchased.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Shipping Policy
All domestic orders will deliver via UPS ground within 5-7 business days. Free shipping is applicable in the contiguous United States for orders exceeding $250 USD.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found on the carrier’s website.
